Turn yourself into a cartoon
Record a selfie video saying your line, pick who you want to be, pick a
voice, say where it happens. Keep it short: about ten seconds is the sweet spot and
anything past twenty gets cut down.

On the iPhone this opens your camera roll, or you
can record a new one. MP4 or MOV, up to 45MB.

Describe the background and the setting. The more you
say, the closer it lands. No real course names or brands, same rule as the cartoons.
The cast
A character can be used as soon as it has a locked face id, which
is the permanent reference from your character registry and is what actually keeps the face
from drifting.
On top of that, each character can carry up to five reference pictures, added under
Edit. All five go out with every job, main one first, so the engine has far less to
invent. Five different angles beat five copies of the same pose: a front on portrait, a full
body, a side on, a mid swing, a close up. The first one is also the thumbnail in the
picker.
Let Claude fill in the missing pictures hands Claude a one-time upload link for each
character without one. The links are good for two hours, they only ever work for that one
file, and they give away nothing else. Paste the block into a Claude chat and the pictures
appear here.
Adding several at once matches each file to a
character by what the file is called, so a file with the word Birdie in its name goes to
Birdie. Several files naming the same character now stack up as separate references rather
than replacing each other, so Birdie front.png, Birdie swing.png and
Birdie full body.png land as three. Anything it cannot place is left alone and it
tells you which.
